Q. What is the Dunes Pavilion Hours?

A. Hours: Jonna's Beach Cafe 
- 11am – 5pm Daily • Rip Tides General Store - 10am – 9pm Daily
 • Rooftop - 4pm – 10pm

Q. What does the General Store have to offer?
A. We offer food, snacks, and other beach essentials.

Q. Do you take reservations?

Q. What amenities does the 1st floor of the Dunes Pavilion offer?
A. On the first floor, we have a General Store, Dari Dip ice cream shop, three historical exhibits, public restrooms, the Pavilion Restaurant & Grill, and our Lifeguard Office. Outside, there are picnic tables and a boardwalk for you to rest your feet.
Outside, on the W side of the building, we have built a state of the art Comfort Center complete with restrooms, changing rooms, lockers, and outdoor showers.

Q. What amenities does the 2nd floor of the Dunes Pavilion offer?
A. On the second floor is Lakeside Event Venue where we host various Social and Cororate gatherings as well as Weddings. When events aren't taking place, it is open to the public. There are two large balconies that overlook the shoreline. There are also restrooms on the second floor. Interested in booking an event, visit our website: www.dunespavilionevents.com

Q. What amenities does the rooftop (3rd floor) of the Dunes Pavilion offer?
A. On the rooftop is a lounge and bar with seating, fire tables and more! Rooftop serves cocktails and small bites with amazing views of Lake Michigan.

Q. Is Dunes Pavilion wheelchair accessible?
A. Definitely! It was very important to us to make sure our entire building is ADA compliant. We have elevators, ramps, and handicap stalls to accommodate all guests!

Q. Is there a dress code at Dunes Pavilion?
A. We ask that you wear a top, bottoms, and shoes to join us in the building.

Q. Do I have to pay the state park fee if I want to visit Dunes Pavilion?
A. Just like many other State or National Parks: yes, you have to pay the gate fee to enter and visit any facilities, our Restaurant and Rooftop included. That money goes directly toward the preservation of the park, habitat restoration, and repair of things like bridges, stairs, etc in the park. Q. Is Dunes Pavilion located inside the Indiana Dunes State Park?
A. Yes! We are proud to be located at the Indiana Dunes State Park.

Q. Can I take alcohol from Dunes Pavilion on to the beach?
A. Under no circumstances is alcohol allowed on the beach. We have signs reminding you that alcohol may not leave the premise of the Dunes Pavilion. You may face fines or arrest by the DNR if you have alcohol in prohibited areas.
